Broker Post License Course (60 Hour)
The Florida real estate license renewal requirements for brokers state that anyone with a Florida broker’s license must complete a Florida broker post license course of 60 hours of education within their first renewal period. Not only must newly licensed brokers take the Florida broker post license course, but they must also complete their license renewal application online with the DBPR and pay their license renewal fee. The broker post license course in Florida consists of two 30 hour courses, making up the Florida broker post license requirement of 60 hours of education.

Free Florida Broker Post License Course Practice Exam
MLS Campus provides a free Florida broker post license course practice exam to prepare you for your final exam. This free practice exam is designed to test your knowledge of the material in your Florida broker post license course and will help you prepare to pass the course’s final exam the first time. The questions in your free practice exam are similar to those you must answer when you sit for your final exam. By taking these free practice quizzes, you will become better prepared to pass your end-of-course exam the first time.
What Happens if I Fail the Broker Post License Course Exam?
If you fail the Florida broker post license course exam on the first attempt, you can take the exam a second time. However, if you fail the exam after two attempts, you will be required to take the Florida broker post license course again.

You can take your second attempt at the post license course exam immediately, but we strongly advise our students to take the practice exam again before attempting to retake the final exam a second time.

What Happens if I Fail to Meet the Florida Broker Post License Requirements?
If you fail to meet the post licensing requirements on time by completing the Florida broker post license course, you can downgrade your broker license to a real estate sales associate license. You must complete the application form to downgrade your license within six months of its expiration date. Furthermore, you must also complete a Florida Real Estate Continuing Education Course and pay a $64 renewal fee to the DBPR. If you fail to meet these post license requirements, your real estate license will become null and void.
Pay Your Renewal Fee to the State
You can pay your renewal fee in three ways:
Online: Log in to your DBPR Online Services Account. You will be asked for your User ID and PIN. Your User ID can be found by searching with your license number. If you have not already changed your PIN, it may be the last four digits of your social security number.

Mail: If you have your renewal notice from the state, you can return it with a payment.

Course Final Exam Information
Answer Each Question in Order: You cannot close out or use the back or previous button. The best way to prepare for the final exam is to take the practice exam multiple times. Each time you will get your score right, and you will be able to review all questions.
Course Exam Retake: Recent changes to Florida Real Estate Post License Requirements means students no longer need to wait 30 days to retake the Post Licensing exam if they fail on their first attempt. Students are permitted to take their second exam attempt immediately. However, we advise that students review their course and take the free practice exam before beginning their exam retake.
Full Audio Courses
This feature allows you to listen to the whole course unit by unit. You can listen to the course during your daily commute, while working out, or from the comfort of your own home!. The audio courses will not replace the main course and will not get you a certificate of completion at the end.
End of Course Certificate
Once you pass your end of course exam with a passing score of 75% or better, you will be able to generate a free copy of your certificate of completion by clicking on the Certificate Icon below the final exam. We will notify the state electronically within 24 hours of your completion. All that you will need to do in order to renew your license is to pay the renewal fee to the state commission.

To maintain your Florida Real Estate License, all licensees must comply with post-licensing requirements or continuing education requirements and pay the necessary renewal fees. The course is active for six months from the date of purchase. We offer the 7th month for free if needed. If your course has been active for 7 months or more, you can purchase one-month extensions. It is possible to have the course extended up to one year by purchasing monthly extensions online.
