Missouri Real Estate License Renewal Process
To renew your Missouri real estate license, you need to complete your CE courses and submit the renewal application before the expiration date. You can complete your CE courses at any time during your renewal period, but it’s important to note that you cannot renew your license until you have completed your required CE hours. The MREC sends out renewal notices 90 days before the expiration date, so be sure to keep an eye out for it.

Renewal Deadline for Missouri Real Estate License
If you fail to renew your Missouri real estate license before the deadline, your license will become inactive, and you will not be able to practice real estate until you have renewed it. If you do not renew your license within six months after the expiration date, you will need to retake the real estate licensing exam.
