Who is Required to take the Broker Responsibility Course in Texas?

How do I check my CE credits in Texas real estate?

You can use the license lookup form on TREC’s website to check if the TREC has received your Texas real estate CE credits.

To use the license lookup, type your real estate license number and select your name to view your Texas real estate continuing education history. Your CE education history will begin with the last course for which you received CE credits.

When will my Texas Real Estate CE be reported to TREC?

Texas real estate continuing education course providers have 10 days to report Texas real estate CE to the TREC. However, we aim to report all CE credits within 48 hours at MLS Campus.

Who is exempt from taking Real Estate CE classes in Texas?

If you hold an inactive sales agent or broker real estate license, you are exempt from taking the CE classes in Texas. However, it is essential to note that you must renew your license through the TREC website and NOT engage in any real estate activities without activating your license and completing your Texas real estate continuing education.
